Genmert.com is a service for our retail customers, new and old. We do not sell directly to consumers. If you would like information on retailers in your area that stock our products, please send your requests to sales@genmert.com

We reserve the right to deny access to any registered user in our site that does not provide us with accurate information about themselves or their business.

MINIMUMS
Minimum 1^st order is $1000.00
All items must be ordered in minimums of inner packs.
Dollar item minimum order is $500.00, however we recommend that you order at least $1200 of Dollar items in order to receive competitive shipping rates to locations outside of Southern California.  All dollar items must be ordered in full case packs.
Closeouts must be ordered in full case packs.

SHIPPING
Shipping charges are close estimates. Actual charges may vary.
Prices are FOB Paramount, CA.
Our normal turnaround time for stock items is 24 hours. Orders received before 11am PST will usually ship the same day.
We ship via UPS, LTL, and Full Truck load carriers. Call us for shipping quotes.
We offer free shipping to locations within L.A County with a minimum order of $1500.00

CREDIT & PAYMENTS
We offer credit terms to qualified Dun & Bradstreet rated customers. First order needs to be prepaid. Credit application furnished upon request.
We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, company checks, wire transfers, L/C’s, cash, money orders, and cashiers checks (U.S Dollars only), sorry no C.O.D’s.

CLAIMS
In the rare occurrence that you receive damaged or defective merchandise from us, we will gladly issue you a credit for the amount claimed, and we will issue a call tag or request that damaged goods be destroyed on site. We do not send out component replacement pieces. (Such as lids or pieces from a gift boxed set)
All claims must be received in writing within 15 days of receipt of goods.

BACK ORDERS
We ship back orders unless otherwise requested. Back orders under $50.00 will be automatically cancelled.
